When I founded Tarter Realty, Auction & Appraisal Company in 1996, I had a vision of a company that was 100% client focused, set the bar for professionalism, and where integrity was of the utmost importance. Another goal was to have a full-service real estate company that gave our clients the tools they needed, to get their goals accomplished in one place, with a company they could trust.
I could not be prouder of the company I started more than twenty years ago. Tarter Realty, Auction & Appraisal company began with one employee and has grown into a dynamic full-service company service nine counties in Indiana and Ohio.
We have seven real estate brokers providing full services for both buyers and sellers, three state certified real estate appraisers, and an auction division providing services for peroperty liquidations and personal property appraisals. We also offer complete property management services for everyone from property owners to professional investors, along with general real estate consulting. By sharing our experiences over the last 20 years we can help you, your family, or your business make the best decisions when it comes to your real estate needs.
Lastly, I want to say thank you to the thousands and thousands of friends, customers, and clients who have chosen to partner with Tarter Realty, Auction & Appraisal company over the past 20 plus years.
