Timothy Pauley

Tim Pauley is a dedicated professional who brings a wealth of experience and a passion for service to his real estate career. A 2004 graduate of Marion High School, Tim earned bachelor’s degrees in Criminal Justice and Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University in 2008. He has served as a law enforcement officer for over 16 years, demonstrating a strong commitment to his community.

In 2022, Tim expanded his expertise by earning a Master’s Degree in Public Safety from Indiana University. He lives in Marion with his wife, Lauren, and their two children. In his free time, Tim enjoys golfing, watching sports, vacationing with his family, and visiting drive-in movie theaters.
