Licensed as a real estate broker since 1979, I have worked mainly in residential listings and sales in Randolph County. As a Union City native I was most active there. For almost 25 years I was blessed to work with Jim Nance, Barbara Sandifar and Steve Welch of Nance & Sandifar, then Nance and Welch upon Barbara’s retirement. There have been so many changes and advancements in the real estate field over those years.
