Kayla has been in real estate since March of 2018 on the North Carolina coast and specializes in new construction homes. She is now dually licensed in Indiana and North Carolina and with almost seven years of real estate experience, is excited to bring her knowledge and background in all things new construction along with her. Building a home from the ground up, customizing all the things that make a house a home, is a passion that was instilled in her as a child. Her Dad is a builder, so she was always around the real estate/construction scene and working with the family business to bring new homes to the area. Building a new home doesn’t happen overnight, it’s a lengthy process, but getting to that finish line and seeing the happiness a brand new home brings to a client and getting to be a part of that moment is truly special.
